Peachy Paws is a local mobile dog grooming service offering gentle, fear free grooming and training across Canberra.
We are dedicated to the wellbeing of your dog. We offer high quality grooming to all breeds and sizes while focusing on consent based techniques and cooperative care to ensure they feel safe and secure while being groomed.
We will always go at your dogs pace and we'll work towards building their confidence around being groomed. It is our priority to make sure they have a positive, low stress experience.

Meet & Treat
Want your dog to make positive associations with us from the start?
These sessions are super important as they give us the chance to meet your dog and introduce them to the trailer and our tools without any negative or scary things happening. This will help to minimise any fear, anxiety or stress during future grooms.
Creative Grooming
We love adding a splash of colour and having some fun with our clients coats when we can! Please note that we will not do creative grooming on any dogs that exhibit signs of fear, anxiety or stress during their groom.
This includes a bath, blowdry, full brush out & de-shed or clip (to your desired length), colour added to the ears and / or tail, a nail clip and file, ears cleaned, as well as a tidy of feet, face and hygiene areas.
Fear Free Grooming
Quite simply, a fear free groom is any wash, dry and clip that is done at your dogs pace. Their wellbeing is our main priority. Please chat to us if there is any way we can adjust this service to suit your dogs needs.

Cooperative Care Training
Want to give your dog more choice?
In order for your dog to feel safe both physically and mentally while being groomed, we need to put in the ground work. Teaching your dog to be calm and giving them the chance to actively take part will alleviate the need for any kind of force, making it a more positive experience all round.
Breed Specific Groom
Have a purebred or need a breed specific clip?
All purebred dogs have their own specific set of rules to ensure the haircut is of breed standard. We are fully trained and can provide a breed specific or traditional clip to any breed you desire.

We can help! We offer one on one training sessions where we come to you and work with both you and your dog to develop an individual plan to suit your dog's training needs. All our training is force free without the use of any intimidation.
